the 'ghetto smores'...

Adam invented the best dessert ever... which he affectionately coined "ghetto smores".

• bottom layer = homemade belgium waffles (we usually make a new batch every weekend and freeze a pile of them in the freezer in ziplock bags -- brilliant)
• middle layer = decadent chips
• top layer = mini marshmallows

Stack the layers. Toast in the toaster oven. It's a whole smores experience minus the campfire! Pretty sweet (literally), eh?
